Can I order a custom 3D print design?

Yes! We specialise in custom 3D printing. Simply provide your design files (STL or OBJ format preferred) or contact us for assistance with creating one. Additional fees may apply for design work.

What file formats do you accept for custom prints?

We accept STL, OBJ, and 3MF files. If your design is in another format, please contact us, and we’ll try to assist.

What is the maximum size a single print can be?

Our printer can handle prints up to 220mm x 220mm x 300mm (L x W x H). For objects larger than the maximum build volume, we can split the design into multiple parts, print them individually, and suggest assembly methods, such as adhesive bonding or interlocking features.

What materials do you use for 3D printing?

We offer a range of materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, and more. Each product page specifies the material used. For custom prints, we can advise on the best material for your needs.

Are your 3D prints environmentally friendly?

We strive to minimise waste by using eco-friendly materials like PLA (a biodegradable plastic) and recycling our printing scraps whenever possible.

How do I place an order?

Browse our eBay shop for ready-made designs or send us your custom file through the “Contact Us” page. 

Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?

If your order hasn’t entered production, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.

Can I return or exchange a 3D print?

Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we can’t accept returns on personalised items unless there’s a fault. For non-custom items, you can return them within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
